BE Homes of Florida LLC is comprised of the talents of Jay Barfield and Eric Endicott. Together, the team of BE Homes has the licenses, experience, and knowledge to bring to life what will be a successful project in this new Eustis community, Eleven Oaks.

 


JAY BARFIELD:
Jay is a Class A General Contractor with over 30 years experience in both residential and commercial projects. Jay's land development experience includes over 3,000 lots and approximately 2,000 homes. His diverse skills stretch into lake and commercial pollution and eutrophication reversals, land planning, and the building of homes, offices, apartments, shopping complexes and more.


 

ERIC ENDICOTT:
Eric is a Georgia Tech engineer with over 28 years of business experience in the aerospace and construction industries. Besides handling the engineering aspects of this project, his 20 years of experience in planning and implementing large scale aerospace projects will be applied directly to the home construction industry. By leveraging this experience and understanding, BE Homes of Florida will be able to build high quality, low cost homes for the people of Eustis and Lake County.
